Ginger & Soy Cedar Plank Salmon

Succulent, flavour packed salmon everyones got to try

350g Salmon

1/4 Cup Ginger & Soy Marinade

Salt & Pepper

Everything Bagel Seasoning

Fresh Chives, Chopped

Special Equipment:
Cedar Plank, Pre soaked


METHOD:


Step 1

Preheat the bbq to 350F/ 176C. For this cook, Iā€™m using my Traeger Timberline 850.

Step 2

Remove the salmon from its packaging, trim any dangly bit, then place into a vac-seal bag. You can also use a zip lock bag or container for this step.

Step 3

Pour in the ginger and soy marinade and seal. I Used the Something Dumpling Brand.

Refrigerate the salmon for 30-40 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the salmon from vac seal bag or container and pat dry with a paper towel. Place onto the pre soaked cedar plank and season with SPG.

Step 5

Place into a preheated bbq and cook until reaching an internal temperature of 135F/ 57C. Roughly 20-25 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from the grill and drizzle with more sauce, everything bagel seasoning, and finely chopped chives.
