Truffle Parmesan Butter
Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 30 minutes | Total: 40 minutes | Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
1 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp Sliced Black Truffle
50g Grated Parmesan
METHOD:
Step 1
To a blender, add all the ingredients and whizz until well combined.
Step 2
Dollop the butter into the centre of a sheet of plastic wrap. Fold the plastic wrap over the top of the butter, then using two hands, hold each end of the wrap and roll to form the butter into a sausage. Twist the ends tight, then place into the fridge to from up.
Step 3
Cook your protein to your liking, I went with a steak, then add a slice or two of butter to the meat while resting, then slice in and devour.
